Instead of chasing every opportunity, I focused on learning the basics: building simple websites and blogs, understanding SEO, experimenting with social media traffic, and using email and mail-based marketing to reach targeted audiences.

  One of the most important lessons I learned was the value of community. Finding a network of people who were on a similar path made a huge difference. By learning from others — what worked for them, what didn’t, and why — I was able to avoid many mistakes and stay motivated.
